Condo & HOA Sweeping: Complaints
Ideally
after a sweeping contractor is selected and a schedule agreed
upon, you should not have to think about it again.
This is exactly how we like it.
As the saying goes “No news, is good news”. Of
course this assumes you have chosen an adequate frequency.
However
as a property management professional or association board
member you will occasionally hear comments about the sweeping
service. If
they’re good we would love to pass them on to our operators.
If they’re negative, its even more important you let
us know.
Sweeping
is a perishable service.
Once we leave an area anything can happen.
The wind can blow, it could rain, a truck with muddy
tires can drive down the street, or the motor home parked in
front of someone’s house will finally move.
Thus, in order to have a chance to figure out what the
problem was, we need to know in one or two days.
Give
us the exact location and some details about the problem and
99% of the time complaints about our service are very
simple to explain and correct.
Please
help us avoid the car wash owners frustration of getting a car
back 3 weeks later with a complaint that the car just does not
look good.
Lastly,
if you have a perpetual problem area or something looks just
